Puppy Training Program in Santa Rosa
The Puppy Education Program at Olivet Kennel spans the most crucial stage of a dog’s development, 8 weeks to approximately 6 months. Our
training program includes a comprehensive understanding of the developmental stages of your pup’s personality, which will
ultimately influence its character and temperament. Training begins with developing your pet’s confidence through careful
socialization with the environment, other dogs and people. As your young puppy learns, so do you. When proper training is applied
at the appropriate developmental stages, behavior disorders can be avoided. An ounce of prevention can bring a lifetime of joy!

As a participant in our Puppy Education Program, you and your dog will receive individualized private training sessions with Sapir Weiss, plus:
- Your pet is invited to attend Olivet Kennel’s Socialization and Doggie Daycare Program.
- Drop your puppy off for a day of fun and training. Our experienced staff supervises stimulating and safe periods of social interaction with appropriately matched playmates.
- Your puppy receives well-structured social and behavioral exposure critical for proper development.
- As your puppy matures, Sapir’s ongoing training sessions provide special attention to common puppy behaviors and guide you with comprehensive explanations and realistic solutions.
Puppy Training Rates
Puppy Education Program rates start at $1000 but may vary depending on the age of your puppy and the behavioral issues being addressed. One day per week of puppy socialization is included in the training fee until 6 months of age.
